Biography

In 2008, Tao Rong obtained a bachelor's degree from the School of Bioscience and Medical Engineering of Southeast University. In 2015, she received an honorary doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Bioengineering. During her PhD, he received Strobel Fellowship and worked as a research assistant at the Hoglund Brain Imaging Center of Kansas University Hospital. Since 2016, she has held a postdoctoral position at the Center for Excellence in Superconductivity in the Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Tao has been a senior algorithm engineer in the medical imaging team of Ping An Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. since 2018. She joins the Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical Robot Research Institute in 2020.
