智能人机交互研究中心致力于研究用于可穿戴和植入式医疗电子的定制化生物传感器和微电子芯片的设计,整合智能传感器、超低功耗模拟信号处理和边缘人工智能芯片。研究院提供有竞争力的报酬和出色的工作环境以及升迁机制。
 

岗位名称:专职科研

聘用方式:劳动聘用
 

招聘条件:

1.微电子设计专业博士毕业;

2.具有芯片设计的经验,曾经独立完成过模拟或者数字芯片设计项目;

3.熟练使用EDA前端和后端设计和仿真工具,Cadence或者Synopsys;

4.能够熟练使用实验室测量仪器对芯片进行测试;
 

岗位职责:

1.参与生物电子芯片的定义,熟悉系统要求;

2.独立设计一个小规模芯片或者和团队合作设计一个大规模芯片中的一个或者几个模块;

3.参与芯片的流片和实验室测试;

4.协助系统团队进行应用开发;

Center for Intelligent Human-Machine Interaction of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Institute of Medical Robotics is looking for qualified candidates in IC design. Positions are open at different levels, engineers, postdocs and researcher. SJTU Institute of Medical Robotics offers competitive salary and benefits as well as subsidized housing and top-tier working environment with clear career path. Research projects are mainly in custom-designed low power integrated circuits for wearable and implantable devices, with integrated smart sensors, power management, low power mixed signal processing and edge AI.
 

Job duty:

1. Participate and contribute to the chip definition from system requirements;

2. Collaborate with other team members and independently design one or more blocks of the IC;

3. Participate in chip tapeout and lab testing and characterization;

4. Assist in application system design;
 

Requirements:

1. PhD in EE required for PostDoc;

2. Experience in chip design, and have independently designed analog or digital IC and taped out;

3.Familiar with EDA design, simulation and layout tools, Cadence or Synopsys;

4.Familiar with lab test instruments for chip testing and characterization;
